As I understand it, Nevada will use its limited supplies of vaccine to inoculate convicted rapists, murderers and gang members before residents of Sun City and other retirement communities. Thank you, Gov. Steve Sisolak, for putting the health and welfare of hardened criminals above law-abiding older, vulnerable Nevadans.
