Too many Negative Nancies piling on the UNLV football team
Hey folks, it is time to support our UNLV football coach, Tony Sanchez, and his team of college students. We need to lift him up, not put him down — and especially not put down the young men who play for our college.
I would like to see Southern Nevada fans, the UNLV student body and the CSN student body fill every empty seat at Sam Boyd Stadium for our next five home games. I would like all the detractors to put their money where their mouths have been.
I am still supporting Coach Sanchez, his coaching staff, our new athletic director and the young men and women who participate in the myriad roles that are required to support and bring together an awesome football program. Let’s show everyone what sportsmanship is like here at UNLV and make Sam Boyd Stadium come to life.
