Regarding your Dec. 18 article “Rare bighorn hunt lets armed civilians onto bombing range.” It seems to me that the test site should serve as a wildlife refuge for all species, including bighorns, and not be violated by this special deal for a handful of hunters. This looks more like a good-old-boy arrangement than anything with biological value.
Don’t let the big corporations tell you your life would be better without big government regulation or laws. I have been there and done that.
