Sanchez refers to UNR as ‘University of Reno, Nevada’ at presser

UNLV football coaches have come up with a variety of ways to refer to the Rebels' big rival, UNR.
Now there's a new one.
Rebels coach Tony Sanchez called that school the University of Reno, Nevada, at his Tuesday news conference.
"We refer to them as Reno, Nevada, you know, the University of Reno, Nevada," he said.
When asked later if it was a slip or if he had purposely referred to the Wolf Pack by that name, Sanchez sidestepped the question.
Which spoke volumes.
The University of Las Vegas, Nevada visits its northern neighbor at 4 p.m. Saturday.
