Bella Fiore showcases lake resort residences

Harmony Homes’ Bella Fiore and Tremezzo neighborhoods in Henderson’s Lake Las Vegas community offer resort-style living.

According to sales agent Marty Harrell, the two neighborhoods offer upscale single- and two-story residences.

“Bella Fiore and Tremezzo both feature wonderfully designed homes within the Mediterranean-style Lake Las Vegas, which is just a really peaceful and quiet community. There’s very little traffic and the serenity out here is just awesome,” Harrell said. “Lake Las Vegas is only 30 minutes from the Strip but yet it feels like you’re living a world away. This is what we sell out here at Bella Fiore and Tremezzo – an elegant lifestyle in a destination resort.”

Residents enjoy convenient access to restaurants, boutiques and special events at the nearby MonteLago Village as well as the marina of the 320-acre Lake Las Vegas. Additionally, Dolce Hotels and Resorts operates a resort-hotel along the lake and the Casino MonteLago is scheduled to open this month. A golf club is also located within the community.

Harrell said among the special events that exemplify the community’s resort-style living is MonteLago Village’s Jazz on the Lake concert series, the next of which is presented at 7 p.m. tonight in conjunction with a wine tasting event.

“Although Bella Fiore and Tremezzo are both located within Lake Las Vegas, the neighborhoods differ and the characteristics of available home sites vary drastically,” Harrell said. “At Bella Fiore, we have some amazing home sites available with different types of views — some offer views of the city and some have views of the mountains — and quite a few are located along a golf course and most are pool-size lots. Tremezzo is located on the opposite side of Lake Las Vegas and offers wonderful views of the lake, SouthShore and the entire Lake Las Vegas community.”

Both neighborhoods feature single- and two-story designs with upscale designer touches and multiple design options that allow for flexible use of space with additional bedrooms, den and customized living spaces.

Bella Fiore features three home designs measuring from 2,307 to 3,959 square feet. Priced from $298,990, they offer as many as four bedrooms and 3½ baths and three-car garages.

According to Harrell, Bella Fiore’s most popular home design is the Residence 2307, a single-story residence that features three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a three-car tandem garage and a myriad of design options. This 2,307-square-foot home may be built at Tremezzo as well.

Three additional designs are featured at Tremezzo, including a single-story home with 2,922 square feet and two-story designs measuring 3,758 and 4,671 square feet, respectively. Priced from $348,990, they include as many as four bedrooms and 4½ baths and a three-car garage or a two-car, plus swing garage.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 93 south to Lake Mead Drive, head east toward Lake Mead and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway.

The gated entrance to Bella Fiore is accessible through the first roundabout. To reach Tremezzo, continue through the first roundabout and proceed around the lake and up the hill, following the signs.

Sales offices and models are open daily from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., except Monday, when they open at noon.

The builder is constructing 17 additional neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Laughlin where single- and two-story homes range from 1,462 to 4,900 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.
