Bella Fiore showcases lake resort residences
Harmony Homes' Bella Fiore and Tremezzo neighborhoods in Henderson's Lake Las Vegas community offer resort-style living.
According to sales agent Marty Harrell, the two neighborhoods offer upscale single- and two-story residences.
"Bella Fiore and Tremezzo both feature wonderfully designed homes within the Mediterranean-style Lake Las Vegas, which is just a really peaceful and quiet community. Harrell said among the special events that exemplify the community's resort-style living is MonteLago Village's Jazz on the Lake concert series, the next of which is presented at 7 p.m. tonight in conjunction with a wine tasting event.
"Although Bella Fiore and Tremezzo are both located within Lake Las Vegas, the neighborhoods differ and the characteristics of available home sites vary drastically," Harrell said. According to Harrell, Bella Fiore's most popular home design is the Residence 2307, a single-story residence that features three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a three-car tandem garage and a myriad of design options. This 2,307-square-foot home may be built at Tremezzo as well.
Three additional designs are featured at Tremezzo, including a single-story home with 2,922 square feet and two-story designs measuring 3,758 and 4,671 square feet, respectively. Priced from $348,990, they include as many as four bedrooms and 4½ baths and a three-car garage or a two-car, plus swing garage.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 93 south to Lake Mead Drive, head east toward Lake Mead and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway.
The gated entrance to Bella Fiore is accessible through the first roundabout. To reach Tremezzo, continue through the first roundabout and proceed around the lake and up the hill, following the signs.
Sales offices and models are open daily from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., except Monday, when they open at noon.
The builder is constructing 17 additional neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Laughlin where single- and two-story homes range from 1,462 to 4,900 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.
