American Expedition Vehicle, which manufactures accessories for off-road and overland adventure vehicles, recently announced that Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram's two valley dealerships will be the sole distributors of AEV-equipped Jeep Wranglers in Southern Nevada. The AEV packages take Jeep Wranglers to the next level.
"We were chosen based on a combination of our leading market share and customer satisfaction," said General Manager Gary Brewer of Chapman Chrysler Jeep in the Valley Automall in Henderson. "To be selected as the exclusive outlets for all of Southern Nevada is a huge deal for us."
These vehicles are great for people who enjoy the outdoors. The back bumper of the AEV-equipped Jeep Wrangler is designed to hold 5 gallons of water and 10 gallons of fuel. It also carries equipment like a sand flag, Hi-Lift jack, a backup light, a shovel and a CB antenna so you are prepared while driving in the back country.
The AEV-equipped Jeep Wranglers also are built to handle the toughest terrain around and still handle the smooth pavement while driving around the city.
"I'll bet that neither Gary nor I will be able to keep the AEV Wranglers in stock very long because they are so popular with enthusiasts that know about them," said Don Hamrick, general manager of Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on East Sahara Avenue.
"There is nothing out there like it. It is an SUV, convertible, day-to-day driver and an off-road vehicle all in one," he added.
