Located off Agate Avenue near the northeast corner of Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road, Trail Ridge was designed for convenience with comfortable two-story homes and community amenities including a heated swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area available exclusively to residents and their guests.

Trail Ridge floor plans range from 1,366 to 1,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2½ to three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms.
