Pardee to hold grand opening

Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart Homes Sandstone will celebrate its grand opening June 8.

The neighborhood is located near the southwest corner of Camino al Norte and Ann Road in the Eldorado area of North Las Vegas.

It is a collection of three, two-story plans that range from 1,852 to 2,432 square feet. Prices are anticipated to start from the low $200,000s.

The neighborhood is part of Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the builder offers, company officials said.

Plan One measures 1,852 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,250 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and a two-car garage. It can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of the loft or optional den instead of the fourth bedroom.

Plan Three measures 2,432 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a loft and a two-car garage. The home can be built with an optional retreat instead of the fourth bedroom.

The neighborhood is near established shopping, schools and recreation, and offers access to two primary commuter routes: Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway.
