Dunhill Homes' release of 12 new floor plans with nine fully decorated model homes was a huge success, according to company representatives.
Last weekend, more than 2,500 home shoppers toured the models and were treated to cooking demonstrations, landscaping consultations, product demonstrations and interior decorating tips.
"We now have a wide range of floor plans, from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet, so there is really a home to suit everyone at Rhodes Ranch," said sales associate Charlie Robinson. "We have both single- and two-story homes and hundreds of options to choose from. Whether you are buying your first or third home, Rhodes Ranch has brand-new designs and phenomenal pricing to suit your tastes and your budget."
Dunhill Homes' grand opening special prices are good through this weekend, with homes starting in the $100,000s.
"Stop by the sales office to find out the incentives offered during our extended grand opening," Robinson said. "You can save thousands on homes that already are great values!"
According to Dunhill Homes' Director of Sales Ryan Soucie, the builder decided 2011 was the best time to refresh its floor plans at Rhodes Ranch.
"We knew it was the right time to update our designs and provide new-home buyers what they really need for the way they live now."
Soucie said it was a great decision to unveil 12 new plans with decorated models, as evidenced by the thousands of guests at the event and a renewed public interest in Rhodes Ranch.
"Rhodes Ranch is the top-rated master-planned community in Las Vegas," he said. "To offer these beautiful new homes as well as a multi-million dollar recreation center, award-winning golf course and miles of walking trails makes it the perfect community to call home."
The new homes offer open space and oversized great rooms and kitchens. Most include Dunhill Homes' unique signature valet, a cabinet near the garage or entry that provides space for mail, coats and other items.
Among the popular designs is Geneva 3649, the largest home Dunhill Homes builds at Rhodes Ranch. This 3,649-square-foot offers up to six bedrooms and up to 5½ baths, two game rooms and a formal and informal dining room.
"This home includes both an upstairs and downstairs game room and can be built with a master bedroom down in lieu of the downstairs office and game room," Robinson said. "Plus, all four of the bedrooms upstairs have oversized walk-in closets, something we found was very important to parents, children and guests alike."
While they vary per plan, options include downstairs guest suites, gourmet kitchens, additional storage areas, additional bedrooms and different office space configurations.
The Monterey series is new and includes plans ranging from 1,532 to 2,229 square feet. The Brighton series' plans range from 1,838 to 2,846 square feet and the Geneva series has designs that range from 2,173 to 3,649 square feet.
Dunhill Homes is developing two award-winning master-planned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, located in the Southwest, and Tuscany Village in Henderson both offer guard-gated communities with amenities.
Rhodes Ranch features a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, award-winning golf course, community water park and miles of walking trails. The award-winning Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The par-72 course was named a best value by Vegas Golfer magazine and envelops players in its lush tropical surroundings.
Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers one-and two-story new homes ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting in the 100,000s.
