Shea releases designer homes at Ardiente in North Las Vegas

Shea Homes at Ardiente recently released new designer inventory homes at the age-qualified resort-style community in North Las Vegas.

With a limited supply remaining, now is the time to ring in the new year in your own Trilogy home as this year quickly winds to a close, said Kyle Tibbitts, community manager.

Among the available homes are:

The 1,437-square-foot St. Tropez opens its doors to a foyer that provides views to the great room, dining area and kitchen with a radius island. The two-bedroom, two-bath home has a guest wing for privacy and a master suite with a walk-in closet.

With 1,661 square feet of flexible living space, the Florence has an open kitchen that connects to the great room and a dining nook. The guest bedroom is situated away from the master suite at the front of the house to allow for privacy.

“Right now, there is only a short window of time for homebuyers to get one of these designer homes before the end of the year,” Tibbitts said. “We don’t want homebuyers to lose any more time just dreaming when they can actually be enjoying our resort living now.”

Ardiente provides residents with a resort-style, private 20,000-square-foot club featuring two pools, a fitness center, group exercise studio and access to miles of walking trails.

The community is about a 15-minute drive from the Strip.

“The physical location of the community — in the northeast corner of the valley — offers seclusion and involvement all at once,” said resident Toni Di Bella. “This is to say that I can hide away from the ‘bright lights and the night life,’ if I choose, but I am only 15 minutes from historic downtown Las Vegas and only 20 minutes from the ‘big time Strip.’ North Las Vegas, where Ardiente reigns, also has its neighborhoods, local’s spots, good shopping, wonderful parks and easy to access entertainment.”

Ardiente offers energy-efficient SheaXero No Electric Bill Homes as standard in the home’s base price. SheaXero has the ability to eliminate monthly electric bills and save homeowners as much as $3,000 a year through the homes’ designs, construction and energy-efficient features, including Whirlpool Energy Star appliances, Trane energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, low-e3 vinyl windows and cathedralized attic and blown-in insulation.
