Team Ford Lincoln tops in customer satisfaction

Team Ford Lincoln recently won the President’s Award, Ford’s highest honor for customer satisfaction. This award is given out to less than 10 percent of Ford dealers nationwide.
“Over time you get a feeling of how a place operates; this one has a great positive vibe to it,” said Mark Whitthar, regional manager, Phoenix region, Ford Motor Co. “This award typifies everything a dealer should strive for in customer satisfaction, from parts to service to sales people to management. This was truly a team effort.”
Each year, the Ford Motor Co. honors a small percentage of Ford dealers that go above and beyond for the customer. The President’s Award is Ford’s highest honor for customer satisfaction and exemplifies excellence in customer service and the overall buying and owning experience. It is based on results from customer surveys.

Team put together a plan, and it was implemented perfectly by every department, from service to sales and everything in between,” said Steve Olliges, president of Team Ford Lincoln. “And Rachel Arvelo was the glue that helped everyone stay on point. Thank you all. This is your award, given to you by your customers. I can’t think of anything better than that.”
