Woman seriously wounded in North Las Vegas shooting
A woman is hospitalized in serious condition after she was shot in North Las Vegas, police said.
Officers were dispatched about 8 p.m. to the 2600 block of Revere Street, near West Carey Avenue, where a woman in her late 20s called police and reported she was shot, said North Las Vegas Police officer Ann Cavaricci.
The woman was taken to University Medical Center in serious condition, Cavaricci said.
Police don't have anyone in custody in connection with the shooting, she said.
