Bryce Harper buying $2.7 million home in Henderson

Washington Nationals All-Star Bryce Harper has a new $2.7 million, 7,400-square-foot home in Henderson.

The gated-community spread is a five-bedroom, five-bath, two-story house with a pool; garden accents beautify the downstairs walkways; and a 360-bottle wine wall awaits bottle openers.

Meanwhile, his childhood home is reportedly on the market for $330,000 in East Las Vegas — a five-bedroom, three-bath, 2,454-square-foot two-story, about six blocks north of Las Vegas High School, where he left after two years (with a GED) to expedite his pro career in 2010.

Credit where it’s due: The Los Angeles Times broke the Henderson home story, and BustedCoverage.com broke the childhood home story.

One real estate agent listed in the Henderson story declined to comment and another couldn’t be reached.

Harper has notched four All-Star selections and earned the National League MVP trophy, although lately he’s been battling a stiff neck pinching his production.

BENCH WARRANT FOR DRAI’S HEADLINER

A California judge has issued a bench warrant for Drai’s nightclub headliner Tyga after the rapper didn’t appear in court Tuesday.

Tyga owes $480,000 to a former Malibu, California, landlord who’s upset Tyga gave a $220,000 Maybach car to girlfriend Kylie Jenner instead of paying the debt for a rented mansion left in disarray and with a Tyga-installed stripper pole.

Tyga is next scheduled to perform at the Cromwell hotel on Aug. 26.

HOME TWEET VEGAS

Speaking of the consortium of Jenner/Kardashian life actors, here’s this from @kimkardashian: “i don’t know why I hate to dance so much! its really a mystery! i like shake inside when i have to but then randomly i love a fun night in vegas and if i have a drink i can dance all night & its the best night!”

BRUSH WITH CELEBRITY

Longtime readers Al and Doreen Lasso went to Exotic Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday to drive a Lamborghini around the track, and when they were leaving, Doreen saw a face she recognized.

It was Alex Woytkiw, the actor who out-wooed villain Chad Johnson for the hand of JoJo Fletcher on “The Bachelorette.”

Personality verdict: Woytkiw was a “real nice guy,” lawyer Al Lasso ruled.

Woytkiw even had a big smile in a photo he took with Doreen.

As we told you the other day, Woytkiw, JJ Lane and Christian Bishop from the “Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” series ate together at Lavo in the Palazzo on Saturday.

CHARMED LIVES OF MODELS

A follow-up on model Charlotte McKinney partying Saturday at Intrigue nightclub: She and actor/model Scott Eastwood (son of Clint) were on the club stage behind performers, blending in with dozens of others.

And even as female dancers were bending over in little skirts in front of Eastwood’s face, he turned his back to them to whisper into McKinney’s ear.

That’s kind of gentlemanly, right? Or since he’s a celebrity model/actor, maybe he’s just inured to such sensual spectacles.

VEGAS GETTING MORE INTERNATIONAL

Las Vegas’ continues to diversify among locals and tourists, as anyone who’s lived here even five years can attest, so it’s no surprise another Asian-heritage pageant will be staged here in September.

The 28th annual Mrs. Vietnam World has been slated for the Orleans Showroom on Sept. 10.

Yes, that “Mrs.” as in married pageant contestants. The emcee will be singer Khac Viet. Pop music duo The Men will perform.

Fun fact: The crowned winner gets a 2017 Porsche 718 Boxster — but just for one year. Then she has to turn it in. What does a pageant champion have to do to keep her winnings?

SIGHTINGS

Floyd Mayweather, Flo Rida and Las Vegas-based Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler each took their own parties to Topgolf ultra range Sunday night.

The Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean saw “Blue Man Group” Sunday night in the Luxor hotel, and on Tuesday he Tweeted video of his “siiiiiick” suite at Planet Hollywood.
