Pardee opens LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge

Pardee Homes' latest offering in the master-planned community it has developed during the past two decades is LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge, the first gated community in Eldorado in North Las Vegas.

It is a collection of four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet. The one- and two-story plans include great rooms, bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from $209,450.

The neighborhood is within the Eldorado master-planned community and can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood is on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook.

A limited number of move-in ready homes are available, including a single-story Plan 1-A, which measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, den/office, designer interior paint, radiant barrier and choice of flooring. The home is expected to be completed in July and is priced at $214,625. It features a large home site.

A two-story Plan 2-C is also anticipated to be completed in July and measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, patio cover, kitchen island, radiant barrier and selection of flooring. The home is priced from $236,575 and features a large home site.

Pardee also includes such items as slab granite kitchen countertops, radiant-roof barrier, stainless steel appliances and birch cabinets as standard features.

The single-story Plan One at LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge measures 1,849 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, den, great room and two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop; while Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage.

Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, extra-large bonus room, living room, game room and three-car garage. It can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Other optional features include a den instead of the living room and two optional bedrooms and fourth bath instead of the game room.
