Jolly Beans Cafe offers communal space in Inspirada

For some, a good day starts with a cup of coffee. And for Henderson residents in Inspirada, good days have been brewing since November, when Jolly Beans Cafe came on the scene.

Opening late last year, Jolly Beans serves a variety of coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, paninis and more. Priding itself on community involvement, the coffee shop's location in the middle of Inspirada's Solista Park allows easy access to residents.

Owners Gilbert Zhang and Angela Li recently moved to the area and regularly survey residents on their coffee house preferences; the cafe's growing menu attests to the couple's focus on providing the best service possible.

The drink menu ranges from cappuccinos to lattes, iced tea to hot chocolate. Smoothie flavors include banana strawberry, mango, and wild berries. All drinks are served small or large and cost between $2 and $6.

An in-house chef bakes scones and pastries fresh daily in addition to serving muffins and cookies. The cafe recently added breakfast sandwiches (ham, sausage, bacon or veggie) and paninis (turkey, ham, roast beef, veggie, turkey pesto, or barbecue chicken) to the menu and looks to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. Items range up to $6.39.

The cafe's ample dining space can accommodate large parties for meetings or meals. With Wi-Fi available, it's also a good spot to get work done or catch up on some reading.
