Windy and cool conditions invading the valley

If it's not the cold that makes you ache Monday morning, the chilly wind throughout the day might.
Grab a jacket because temperatures won't rise above the mid-50s, while the low is expected to be about 45 degrees, meteorologist Mike Paddock said. The thermometer on the weekend failed to top 69 degrees.
A wind advisory remains in place until 10 p.m. Monday. Winds are expected to blow at a steady 30 mph, with gusts up to 40 to 55 mph, Paddock said.
Sunday evening saw a round of slight rain that briefly showered Rock 'n' Roll Marathon runners. There was a slight chance for more precipitation overnight Monday, the weather service said.
