A lawsuit filed Monday blames Brenda Stokes and the Bellagio in a razor blade attack that left blackjack dealer Joyce Rhone with a gash to the cheek so deep it revealed her teeth. The Bellagio is responsible for failing to ensure “that its property was reasonably safe and to protect and render aid to Plaintiff Rhone,” according to the lawsuit.
