Mostly sunny and cooler for a couple of days in Las Vegas Valley
The Las Vegas Valley will be sunny and slightly cooler than normal this week, according to the National Weather Service.
Tuesday saw a high of 103 degrees with a low near 82 degrees, meteorologist Chris Outler said.
Wednesday will be 5 degrees below normal with a 98-degree high and partly cloudy skies, the weather service said.
Thursday will be sunny with a high of 99 degrees. Wednesday and Thursday have a 10 percent chance for thunderstorms, Outler said.
Friday’s forecast will be dry and sunny with a 104-degree high, according to the weather service. Saturday and Sunday are both expected to see a high of 108 degrees.
