Updated October 14, 2025 - 6:50 pm

Still waiting for some rain in Las Vegas? It may happen tonight.

There may be “a sprinkle or two” around the valley tonight as a cold front slowly makes its way through Southern Nevada, said Julie Phillipson at the National Weather Service.

Harry Reid International Airport, along with most of the valley, hasn’t seen any rain today, Phillipson said.

Some snow has already fallen in the Mount Charleston area, the NWS reported.

The Spring Mountains and Sheep Range are under a winter weather advisory until 11 p.m. The National Weather Srvice said 4 inches of snow are likely above 7,000 feet, with winds gusting to 40 mpg. Lower elevations are seeing ligfhtb rain.

A wind and dust advisory is in effect from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
