Raiders vs. Eagles game live updates, score from Philadelphia

Updated December 14, 2025 - 12:42 pm

The Raiders lost 31-0 to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field, their eighth straight defeat.

Quarterback Kenny Pickett made his first start for the Raiders (2-12) with Geno Smith ruled out and went 15-for-25 for 64 yards and an interception.

The Eagles (9-5) snapped a three-game losing skid.

Here’s how it happened:

Offense stuck in neutral, Raiders blanked by Eagles

FINAL: Eagles 31, Raiders 0

The Raiders offense managed 75 yards on 42 plays in quarterback Kenny Pickett’s first start. The defense, which had a late goal-line stand, wore down after several long drives by the Eagles. The No. 1 pick remains in reach for the Raiders after they fell to 2-12 and lost their eighth straight game. The good news is the game lasted only about 2½ hours.

Jalen Hurts sits, replaced by Tanner McKee

Jalen Hurts’ day is done for the Eagles early in the fourth quarter. He went 12-for-15 for 175 yards and three touchdowns along with 39 yards on the ground. Tanner McKee is in the game for Philadelphia, which leads the Raiders 31-0.

4Q, 14:54 left: Eagles 31, Raiders 0

The Eagles are pouring it on. Jalen Hurts looks to be OK and delivered a strike to A.J. Brown for a 27-yard touchdown. That was a short TD drive in comparison, five plays, 60 yards and 2:49 off the clock.

Philadelphia’s drive chart looks like this:

Jalen Hurts injured as third quarter ends?

End 3Q: Eagles 24, Raiders 0

Maybe Geno Smith wasn’t the problem. The Raiders offense has produced 72 yards on 36 plays. Saquon Barkley finally found some room against the worn-down defense, and the Eagles have the ball at the Raiders’ 27-yard line.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went down awkwardly at the end of the final play of the quarter and appeared to be limping as he went to the sideline.

Dallas Goedert caps long Eagles drive with second TD

3Q, 4:52 left: Eagles 24, Raiders 0

The Raiders defense couldn’t get off the field after the turnover. A 32-yard reception by Dallas Goedert on the first play of the drive got the Eagles going. Quarterback Jalen Hurts scrambled 13 yards for a first down on third-and-12 after a holding penalty against Philadelphia in the red zone.

Goedert finished off the 10-play, 73-yard drive when he went in motion and took a short flip from Hurts into the end zone from 4 yards out for his second score of the day. That drive lasted 6:27.

Pickett gets picked on first drive of second half

The Raiders offense started to find some balance coming out of the break and marched to the Philadelphia 35-yard line. But linebacker Zack Baun stepped in front of a Kenny Pickett pass intended for tight end Brock Bowers and the Eagles have their first takeaway.

Philadelphia has the ball at its own 27 with 11:16 left in the third quarter leading 17-0.

Raiders halftime stats

Kenny Pickett’s first start with the Raiders has looked like most of his starts in the NFL. He’s been unable to push the ball down the field and has been sacked three times. The Raiders have 53 total yards on 26 plays. Here is how the Raiders’ top performers have fared:

QB Kenny Pickett: 10-for-17, 55 yards, 0 touchdowns, 0 interceptions

RB Ashton Jeanty: 5 carries, 14 yards

TE Brock Bowers: 3 receptions, 17 yards

WR Jack Bech: 2 receptions, 17 yards

LB Elandon Roberts: 6 tackles

Raiders offense stalls before halftime

HALFTIME: Eagles 17, Raiders 0

The Raiders couldn’t get anything going on their final drive of the half after two first downs and that’s been the story so far. As soon as the offense starts to get something going, it stalls out. Philadelphia is in control at the break.

Eagles cap another long drive

2Q, 1:54 left: Eagles 17, Raiders 0

On the first play after the 2-minute warning, running back Saquon Barkley plows in from 2 yards out to extend Philadelphia’s lead. The Raiders look to be on the way to their eighth straight loss.

The Eagles now have scoring drive of more than seven minutes and six minutes. Time of possession favors the home team 18:23 to 9:40.

Eagles marching before halftime

Jalen Hurts has been using his legs more on this drive, and the Eagles are first-and-goal at the Raiders’ 2-yard line at the 2-minute warning. The current drive is 10 plays, 68 yards and has lasted 6:04.

Raiders punt again

Kenny Pickett is sacked on third down and it’s clear the Raiders are having a difficult time protecting their quarterback. The offense has been very vanilla so far with the backup in there. The Eagles have the ball with 8:04 left in the second quarter.

Eagles settle for FG

2Q, 12:49 left: Eagles 10, Raiders 0

Darien Porter’s struggles on this drive continued as he was called for pass interference trying to cover Eagles receiver Darius Cooper. The Raiders were fortunate Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert dropped a sure touchdown on second down, and Maxx Crosby sacked Jalen Hurts on third down, leading to Jake Elliott’s 27-yard boot.

Eagles are driving as 1st quarter ends

End 1Q: Eagles 7, Raiders 0

The Eagles went for a deep shot and connected after the fourth-down stop. DeVonta Smith beat Raiders rookie cornerback Darien Porter for a 43-yard gain down the left sideline.

Philadelphia has second-and-3 at the Raiders’ 16-yard line when play resumes.

Raiders turn it over on downs

After a promising start to the drive that was aided by a personal-foul penalty on Eagles defensive back Cooper DeJean, the Raiders stalled after reaching the Eagles’ 33-yard line.

Kenny Pickett’s pass on fourth down was deflected, and the Eagles take over with 1:16 remaining in the first quarter.

Eagles score on opening drive

1Q, 7:51 left: Eagles 7, Raiders 0

The Raiders looked like they had a three-and-out to open the game, but a pass interference call on Eric Stokes extended the Eagles’ drive. DeVonta Smith had a key third-down reception that was originally ruled short of the first down but overturned by replay assist.

Tight end Dallas Goedert took a shovel pass from quarterback Jalen Hurts and scored from 4 yards out. The drive lasted 13 plays, went 67 yards and took more than 7 minutes off the clock.

Raiders win toss and defer

The Eagles will receive the ball to start the game.
