The gunman who took a woman hostage and opened fire from a high-rise condominium in downtown Reno before a SWAT team killed him didn’t appear to be aiming at anyone on the street below, police said Thursday.
The Reno shooter was killed Tuesday night by a SWAT team in the eighth-floor unit at the Montage development where he had barricaded himself. Police said the incident did not appear to be “an attack on our community.”
