Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend, the largest rockabilly festival and Las Vegas’ longest running music festival, kicked off its 20th year Thursday.
With Easter weekend comes perfect weather and there’s plenty to do outside in Las Vegas weekend. Start with an eggs Benedict brunch and then head to one of Las Vegas’ Easter egg hunts or drive to Logandale for the Clark County Fair.
Exhibit to debut next year will also include working distillery
The weekend features burlesque showcases, including the first performance by Dita Von Teese at the festival; a car show with more than 800 pre-1964 vehicles; jive, bop and swing classes; a fashion show; and, of course, the musical performances.
First Friday, the monthly art celebration in downtown Las Vegas, will not take place this week due to weather concerns.
