Samantha Thomas led a star-studded cast with 24 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals Friday as Centennial’s girls basketball team dominated for a 73-52 home win over Skyline (Utah) in the Platinum Bracket final of the Las Vegas Holiday Classic.
See’Airrah Evans-Collins had 14 points and 14 rebounds on Thursday, and Desert Pines’ girls basketball team held on for a 42-29 win over Spring Creek in pool play of the Las Vegas Holiday Classic at Centennial.
Centennial’s Aja Phoumiphat came off the bench to score a game-high 11 points on Wednesday, and the hot-shooting Bulldogs built a 41-12 halftime lead before cruising to a 68-20 home win over Aztec (N.M.) in pool play.
