Park Place Infiniti plans major renovation

Park Place Infiniti at 5555 W. Sahara Ave., will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation, the dealership said in a statement this month.

Planned renovations to the 6-acre property include the creation of a new main entrance and a refurbished facade for the used-vehicles center. A 6,000-square-foot display area will be constructed near the new entrance and 18,000 square feet of new parking will be added.

Construction is expected to be completed this fall.

In a statement, Park Place Infiniti General Manager Rob Schweizer said the improvements were in response to “rising auto sales over the past couple of years.”

Park Place Dealerships, which represents brands including Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, was founded in 1987 by Ken Schnitzer. Park Place purchased the Infiniti dealership in Las Vegas in 2012.
