Police seek man in fatal Walgreens stabbing

Detectives are investigating a homicide that "appears to involve a stabbing" at a Walgreens in the central valley on Wednesday night, Las Vegas police said.
A woman was stabbed about 8:20 p.m. at the store, located at 4905 W. Tropicana Ave., near South Decatur Boulevard, and died at University Medical Center, according to Metro spokesman Michael Rodriguez.
Police said they are looking for Leonard Woods in connection with the homicide and released a picture of the man shortly after midnight.
Metro asked anyone with knowledge of Woods' whereabouts to contact police by dialing 311.
