‘Voice’ tour, with ex-Las Vegan Dia Frampton, coming to The Joint

When “The Voice” tour stops at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on July 25, Shadow Ridge High School alum Dia Frampton will be there.

Las Vegan Ryan Whyte Maloney, however, likely will not. Unless he buys a ticket.

Maloney was sent packing Tuesday night by Blake Shelton, his coach on the NBC singing competition.

Frampton, the runner-up in “The Voice’s” first season, will join this year’s top three finishers on a 31-city tour that kicks off June 21 in San Antonio.

Last season’s top three finishers, Tessanne Chin, Jacquie Lee and Will Champlin, also will perform.

Another singer will join the tour after being chosen in May via social media.

Tickets for the Las Vegas date start at $45 plus tax and fees and go on sale at 10 a.m. April 17. Get them at the Hard Rock Hotel box office, www.AXS.com or 888-929-7849.
