Made with Stoli Jalapeno Vodka, Rogue Chipotle Spirit, Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur and house-made habanero simple syrup and garnished with red-pepper horns, it’s one of several being featured, $12 (all cocktails are half price during happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. weekdays), available through Saturday.

El Vampiro

The blood-red drink is made with Absolut Mandarin, tart cherry puree, blood orange liquor and house-made syrup, $12, available through Sunday.
