An all-beef hot dog is wrapped in bacon, deep-fried and served with sauteed chilies, onions and brown mustard, $8.
Beerhaus, The Park
At left, a traditional hot dog is revved up with spicy mustard, kraut and relish, $6, while a hot link is piled high with pickle slaw and mayo, $8.

Pool at the Plaza
This one, found sky-high atop the Plaza in downtown Las Vegas, is grilled and served with cucumber and red onion-pepper relish, $6.
American Coney Island, the D Las Vegas
A longtime favorite of Detroiters, the dogs are served with family-secret-recipe chili, yellow mustard and chopped onions in a warm bun, $3.85.
