Teriyaki Madness

6171 N. Decatur Blvd., Suite, 110, 702-816-4000; 725 W. Craig Road, Suite 132, 702-341-8623; 5705 Centennial Center Blvd., Suite 190, 702-331-0999

Teriyaki Madness Fresh Asian Grill is a family-friendly place where patrons are greeted as they approach the counter. The service may be your typical order-at-the-counter format, but the food is anything but typical. Starters include egg rolls, chicken pot stickers, crab Rangoon, shrimp tempura or edamame. Entrees have a mix-and-match component and can be ordered as a bowl or a plate. Bowls are smaller and start at $6.99. First, order your choice of meat — chicken teriyaki, spicy chicken teriyaki, chicken breast teriyaki, beef teriyaki, orange chicken, chicken katsu or tofu teriyaki. Plates start at $8.49 and offer two proteins. Next, choose white rice, wild rice or low-carbohydrate (all vegetables). Noodles and fried rice can be had for a small upcharge. Bowls get stir-fried vegetables as their automatic side. Plates get a choice of green salad, macaroni salad or stir-fried vegetables. If you’re a big meat eater, an extra portion can be ordered. Other choices include yakisoba noodles with chicken, beef, tofu or vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables are available with chicken, beef, tofu or just vegetables. Salads feature chicken teriyaki, spicy chicken teriyaki, chicken breast or beef teriyaki. Tell the counter person it’s your first time, and you might be handed a sample to help you decide. Booth seating is available throughout the dining room. Teriyaki Madness is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
