Bulleit rye whiskey is combined with Cinzano Bianco, maraschino cherry liqueur and fresh lemon juice, $13.
Melissa Tea
Revolver, Santa Fe Station
Named for Melissa T of Coyote 102.7 FM, it’s a mix of Ultimat vodka, Malibu rum, Sauza tequila, gin, sweet and sour and Sierra Mist with a float of Myers’s rum, $12 in a 20-ounce Mason jar or $9 in a 12-ounce plastic cup.
Ain’t She Sweet Tea
Bar Prohibition, Golden Gate
Served in an inconspicuous cocktail mug — just like during Prohibition — it’s a mix of whiskey, sweet tea and peach schnapps with a slice of lemon, $6.
Double Barrel Spiked Iced Tea
Double Barrel Roadhouse, Monte Carlo
This signature cocktail contains peach iced tea, Absolut vodka, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniel’s, Bols Peach Schnapps, lemon juice and Sierra Mist, $14, or $25 for a double.
Captain’s Tropical Tea
Primarily Prime Rib, South Point
Captain Morgan’s original spiced rum is mixed with iced tea and lemon juice and served over ice, $8.
