Alize at the Top of the Palms

Andre’s at the Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer three menu options, with a different on planned for each day Feb. 13-15.

The Feb. 13 menu will be five courses for $115 per person, including entree selections of Snake River Farms Kobe ribeye with marrow and duxelle gratine and sauce Bordelaise; John Dory en croute with roasted fennel, cauliflower puree and fire-roasted bell pepper sauce; or seared duck breast and crispy confit with jewel yam gnocchi, braised Swiss chard and fig jus.

The Feb. 14 menu will be seven courses for $400 per person, paired with champagne and wine; $260 per person with champagne; or $225 per person for dinner only.

The Feb. 15 menu will be a three-course prix-fixe menu for $65 per person.

Redwood Bar and Grill plans to serve a prix fixe menu item for $35 from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Feb. 14. Start with soup or salad, then select grilled Thai salmon and shrimp or a filet of salmon marinated with fresh chilies. Both are served with choice of risotto, baked potato, rice pilaf or white rice. Dessert will be strawberry swirl cheesecake.

Prime Rib Loft plans to serve two prix fixe menu options from 5 to 11 p.m. Feb. 14. The meal starts with Heart of Mine, a puff pastry filled with sun-dried tomatoes, chicken breast and feta cheese; then select roasted garlic tomato soup or lettuce wedge salad. Entree selections are twin broiled lobster tails for $50 or a Land and Sea combination of filet mignon and jumbo shrimp for $45. Dessert will be a heart-shaped chocolate ganache cake.

Don Vito’s plans to feature entrees served with a Caesar salad, seasonal vegetables and a side of pasta. Entree choices are polenta and sage-crusted veal tenderloin for $34 or butter-poached sea bass for $39.

The package is available for purchase Feb. 6-14. Dinner will be offered Feb. 10-14.
