Vegas Denny’s a grand slam with diners

It seems that everything’s bigger in Las Vegas, and that would include sales at Denny’s at Casino Royale, 3411 Las Vegas Blvd. South, which has the highest volume of any of the 160 company-owned locations (Denny’s also has 1,529 franchised restaurants).

The nearly 50-year-old Denny’s, which recently reopened after closing for renovations in January, now is marked by a 50-foot-tall neon fork. The restaurant, decorated in classic diner style with wood tones, stone and red-upholstered booths, has a wall of windows overlooking The Mirage volcano and the center Strip and is open 24/7.

The Casino Royale also will be the site of Las Vegas’ first White Castle, for which the projected opening date currently is January. Stay tuned.
