Rock in Rio, one of the largest music festivals in the world, was started in 1985 in Brazil and the Las Vegas edition is its first in the United States.
The event lasts two weekends, each being labelled as either the “Rock Weekend” or “Pop Weekend.”
A variety of artists are headlining the event, inlcuding No Doubt, Metallica, Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars.
