Cadence’s Monroe to host Sept. 8 hard hat tour

Lennar’s first Monroe neighborhood inside Cadence created a buzz and sold out quickly. In recent months, Lennar announced its second Monroe community at Cadence, boasting the same, popular floor plans and values.

And now, the homes are in the final stages of being built.

Prospective buyers are invited to a hard hat tour event of the newest Monroe homes from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 8. The event is open to the public and guests are encouraged to call 702-821-4850 to secure their hard hat before the tour date.

An additional perk of partaking in the event? Attendees may also take advantage of pre-grand opening pricing.

Starting in the mid-$300,000s, Monroe is a 75-residence neighborhood near the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Water Street. Floor plans include the Sunset, Midnight and Twilight, which feature up to four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two-car garages.

The 2,036-square-foot to 2,317-square-foot, three-story homes include amenities such as kitchens with large counter space, tree-lined streets, luxurious master suites and panoramic, vista views of the Las Vegas Strip. And, as icing on the Monroe cake, rooftop decks are included at no additional cost.

Monroe by Lennar joins existing neighborhoods at Cadence by builders Richmond American Homes and Woodside Homes, as well as active-adult community, Heritage by Lennar.

Upon completion, the greater Cadence community will span 2,200 acres and feature 13,250 homes. The Home Finding Center is off Lake Mead Parkway at Sunset Road.

Cadence is near the Galleria at Sunset mall, The District at Green Valley Ranch, Cowabunga Bay Water Park, St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and retail centers and restaurants.
