Final few homes offered at Solano in Inspirada

A final few move-in-ready homes remain available at Pardee Homes’ Solano neighborhood in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community.

A move-in-ready Solano Plan Three B at homesite 92 measures 2,433 square feet and has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, buyer’s selection of flooring, upgraded Caesarstone kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stucco patio cover and double oversized sliding doors to the patio. The home is priced from $346,750.

Another Solano move-in-ready home is a Plan One C at homesite 128. The home is priced from $324,725 and measures 2,187 square feet. It provides four bedrooms, three baths, a two-bay garage, loft, buyer’s selection of flooring and oversized sliding doors leading out to the stucco patio cover.

A move-in-ready Solano Plan Two D at homesite 127 is priced from $345,350 and features four bedrooms, three baths, a loft, buyer’s selection of flooring, stucco patio cover and oversized sliding doors to the patio. The home measures 2,267 square feet.

Solano is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, as well as covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices start from $300,450.

To reach Solano from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right onto Via Firenze to reach Solano.
