Pardee Homes’ Hurry Home sales event continues

Pardee Homes’ Hurry Home sales event, featuring special incentives on move-in-ready homes and residences under construction in North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Henderson, continues through Nov. 12.

Among the homes featured is a move-in-ready Plan 1-B at homesite No. 49 at Keystone in the Skye Canyon master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas. The single-story home measures 2,520 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, three-car garage, den/office, covered patio, installed flooring and quartz backsplash and is priced from $502,547.

Keystone is a collection of single- and two-story floor plans that range from 2,520 to 3,868 square feet with up to five bedrooms and up to 4½ baths and outdoor rooms. Homes are offered in three distinct elevations — Nevada Living, Contemporary Spanish and Modern Farmhouse — and prices start from approximately $450,990.

To reach Keystone from U.S. Highway 95 north, take the Skye Canyon Park Drive exit and turn left, heading west on Skye Canyon Park Drive. Turn left on Skye Park Drive, left on Skye Landing Lane and then left on Great Outdoors Street to the models.

In Pardee’s Eldorado master-planned community at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley is Castle Rock, where move-in-ready, single-story Plan 1-XA at homesite No. 149 measures 2,271 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, three-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and backsplash and designer selected flooring. Priced from approximately from $364,199, the home includes stucco patio cover, two-tone paint and 7.1 home theater prewiring.

To reach Castle Rock and Pardee’s adjoining North Peak neighborhoods from the 215 Northern Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and left on Harwood Creek Street.
