Pardee’s Make your Move event ends Sunday

Just like daylight saving time, Pardee Homes' Make Your Move sales event will end Sunday. Make Your Move features special incentives on move-in-ready homes in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson and features homes priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s, said Pardee Homes Sales Director Geoff Gorman.

At the elevated neighborhood of Horizon Terrace in Henderson, a move-in ready Residence One measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, window coverings, maple kitchen cabinets and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced from $439,475, which includes a paver driveway.

Pardee's Alterra neighborhood in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community offers a Residence Two home with landscaped backyard that is ready for move-in. With 3,723 square feet of living space, the home includes five bedrooms, three baths, den, game room, loft, and three-car garage for $511,675. The home features upgraded granite-slab kitchen countertops, 42-inch maple kitchen cabinets, upgraded flooring, tankless water heater and security system.
