The Ogden offers around-the-clock concierge service

Receiving the key to a new home at The Ogden is more than investing in a condominium with the best of downtown Las Vegas at your doorstep; the key also opens the doors to a number of amenities, services and offerings made available exclusively to The Ogden residents.

An benefit of home ownership at The Ogden is around-the-clock concierge service. Even before residents move in, they have access to movers, painters and general contractors to take care of larger home projects. And for residents who make The Ogden their second home, the concierge team serves as their ears, eyes and feet on the ground.

"We offer a service known as the Absentee Home Care where concierge can coordinate everything from weekly home checks to ensure all appliances are functioning properly, to stocking the refrigerator with residents' favorite champagne," said Trent Orzechowski, certified concierge at The Ogden.

Many busy residents especially appreciate help from concierge staff to take care of errands, including dropping off and picking up their dry cleaning. The Ogden has services for that, as well as standard laundering options, housekeeping, flower and gift ordering and even personal shopping assistance.

"We all hate to admit it, but who hasn't forgotten a special occasion at least once in their life and paid dearly for the mistake?" Orzechowski said. "Pass the task to us and let us take on the stress of making sure nobody ever has to find out."

The Ogden's wide portfolio of offerings also includes making dinner reservations, booking nightlife accommodations and booking show tickets. For the nights that prove to be more fun than anticipated, The Ogden has partnered with Uber to offer a free first ride to residents who use a special promotional code.

For electric car owners, The Ogden recently installed two-car charging stations, and other car services include access to mobile auto detail providers, auto repair and car rental companies.

Immediate access to all of downtown's many restaurants is another plus, and The Ogden features two eateries on the first floor. For Asian food, there is Itsy Bitsy: Ramen and Whiskey, an intimate and flavorful dining experience offering create-your-own ramen bowls, a vibrant bar scene and happy hour specials. Residents may also request customized bento boxes delivered directly to their doorsteps. Rachel's Kitchen, also at The Ogden, offers a more casual dining atmosphere with a fun, fast and fresh menu featuring sandwiches, wraps, salads and fruit smoothies.

Homes at The Ogden range from a one-bedroom, 815-square-foot residence for $229,000 to a three-bedroom, plus den 2,044-square-foot home for $629,000. Residences feature a modern design aesthetic in keeping with the architecture and the lifestyle vibe, private balconies and expansive views of downtown Las Vegas, the Strip and the mountains that frame the valley.

The Ogden's single-story, open floor plans offer flex spaces that can serve as a home office, den or yoga room, extra bedrooms for accommodating multi-generational family and guests, and spacious windows that fill interiors with natural light.
