Toll Brothers to open Concord at Cadence

The new Toll Brothers neighborhood, Concord at Cadence, opens to the public Sept. 22 in Cadence, a Henderson master-planned community. The neighborhood, which is full of amenities, will bring affordable luxury to the area with single-story home designs priced from the low $400,000s.

The 78 homes in the collection range from 2,084 square feet to 2,378 square feet with up to four bedrooms, 3½ baths and two- to three-car garages. There are four unique floor plans, all of which are single-story designs with open-concept great rooms and 10-foot ceilings throughout.

“Toll Brothers’ single-story plans have been very sought after all across the valley,” said Colleen McCullough, area sales manager. “When everything is open and on one floor, the space feels much larger and much more inviting.

“Plus, you don’t have to go up and down multiple staircases every day.”

The neighborhood of Concord boasts expansive home sites, large enough to accommodate a pool and an outdoor entertaining and grilling area.

Homeowners have the option of adding 12-foot multislide glass doors that seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor living areas.

The community’s 50-acre Central Park is a main draw, ideal for walking. It has a 2,000-square-foot splash pad, pickleball courts and an amphitheatre for live concerts and community events. There is also a park made for kids with plenty of open space, as well as a special fenced-off area for four-legged friends. To stay fit without the need for fancy equipment or special gear, the fitness court is an outdoor body weight circuit training system that features 30 individual pieces of equipment for workouts. It’s near the pool complex, which features a six-lane lap pool. For those who like to bike, the Cadence boasts a free bike share program where bikes can be checked out of and returned to any Cadence hub.

“What’s wonderful about the Cadence neighborhood is they’re very active in bringing the homeowners together,” McCullough said. “They really try to connect people through community amenities, festivals and events. It’s the kind of neighborhood people long to be a part of — where they know their neighbors.”

Concord is also known for its proximity to some of the best schools in Clark County, including Pinecrest Academy of Nevada, Legacy Traditional School, Lake Mead Christian Academy and Henderson International School. It is nearby Lake Las Vegas, Galleria at Sunset mall and The District.

Access to popular trails is another neighborhood highlight. Concord is close to River Mountains Loop, Las Vegas Wash and Lake Mead trails. Lake Mead Trail is a National Historic trail with walking and biking paths that follow an elevated railroad through expansive tunnels all the way to the Hoover Dam.

“Overall, it’s an incredible opportunity for homeowners to enjoy a luxury experience at Cadence at an affordable price point,” McCullough said. “Toll Brothers has a phenomenal reputation for quality craftsman construction, leading-edge architecture and luxury finishes. Homebuyers who have always dreamed of owning a Toll Brothers home can now actually afford one at Cadence.”
