Warmington to open two southwest neighborhoods

As a brand new variety of spectacular home choices debuts today at Ridgehaven and Westbury in southwest Las Vegas, Warmington Residential is highlighting the special comforts of home at a fun, family-friendly event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Model tours, pie-making stations, a DIY sugar scrub craft, hot cocoa and coffee bars and prize giveaways will offer visitors a chance to explore the variety of home choices within the two neighborhoods. Activities for visitors of all ages are occurring at both locations. Everyone will get a glimpse of the exceptional lifestyle opportunities that are available now at these two new neighborhoods where home prices begin from the high-$200,000s.

"This event is great opportunity for home shoppers to see the latest and greatest the southwest has to offer while enjoying some unique family fun," said Amy Thill, a representative for Warmington. "We are having a great day and are ready to share with you the comforts of home that await you at Ridgehaven and Westbury."

Six two-story floor plans are offered within the two neighborhoods. At Ridgehaven, homes are as large as 2,393 square feet with three to five bedrooms, as many as four baths and two-car garages. At Westbury, homes range up to 2,635 square feet with three to six bedrooms, up to three baths and two-car garages.

Both neighborhoods offer a variety of plan-specific room options including lofts, dens, extended bedrooms and first-floor bedrooms. All plans offer an optional walk-in spa showers as well as a long list of designer and lifestyle appointments.

During the model tours, representatives will be showcasing energy-efficient appointments such as tankless water heaters and others in these Energy Star Certified residences, as well as the many included and optional items that invite new buyers to personalize their home.

These neighborhoods are near the 215 Beltway, schools, parks retail shopping and the greater Las Vegas Valley. Westbury is set adjacent to Nevada Trails and Ridgehaven features a gated entry and a community pool.
