William Lyon offers 12 communities

William Lyon Homes recognizes that people have varying needs as they travel through life; and build homes to meet each stage with quality, function and style.

“From your first home to your dream home,” said Kim Chitwood, director of marketing for William Lyon Homes. “That’s really how I describe what William Lyon has to offer. Our homes in Southern Nevada have a wide appeal because we’ve worked hard to create communities that meet differing location, lifestyle and income preferences. With homes priced from the mid-$100,000s to more than $1 million, it’s true that we definitely offer something for everyone.

“Our goal is to make it possible for buyers in every stage of life to own a high-quality home that includes William Lyon Homes’ signature quality and design,” Chitwood said. “We choose premium locations that make everyday living easy and convenient. We offer gated neighborhoods in the most sought-after master-planned communities. And each home is designed to blend function and design with beautiful style because we want to build homes people truly enjoy living in. After all, isn’t that the whole point?”
