2 injured, 1 critically, in southeast Las Vegas crash

Two people were hospitalized, one in critical condition, after a crash in the southeast valley Wednesday afternoon, Las Vegas police said.

Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Jose Hernandez said a sedan and motorcycle crashed at about 2:45 p.m. on the 6200 block of East Tropicana Avenue, near Jimmy Durante Boulevard, and debris from the crash caused minor injuries to a nearby pedestrian. Two people seated on the motorcycle were taken to a hospital, one in critical condition.

Tropicana lanes were closed in the area of the crash, Hernandez said.
