Arizona man held in apparent accidental shooting death

Lake Havasu City, Ariz., police cited alcohol as a factor in an apparent accidental shooting resulting in the death of one man and the arrest of his friend Friday.

Lt. Joe Harrold said officers responded just before 9 p.m. to a report of a shooting at a home in the 3200 block of Arapaho Drive.

Harrold said Kristopher Setser, 26, was lying on a bedroom floor with a gunshot wound to his chest. Setser died following transport to Havasu Regional Medical Center.

Setser's friend Eric Huffman was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

"Detectives learned that Huffman was handling a pistol when it fired, resulting in Setser being struck in the chest," Harrold said.

Huffman made an initial court appearance before he was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
