Authorities release name of hiker found dead at Red Rock Canyon

The missing hiker found dead near Red Rock Canyon’s Turtlehead Peak trail Monday afternoon has been identified by the Clark County coroner.
Annabelle Follosco, 27, of Las Vegas was reported missing the day before her body was found. Metro received calls around 4 p.m. Sunday about an overdue hiker near the trail, according to police.
Search and rescue personnel searched until about 2 a.m. Monday and resumed their efforts at about 5 a.m., police said in a release.
Follosco’s body was discovered Monday afternoon at the bottom of a canyon. She likely had an accidental fall, Metro said.
