The federal Bureau of Land Management will auction 755 acres of Las Vegas Valley land next week.
Parcels range from 1.25 to almost 189 acres each, and the government-owned land is being offered for no less than $110.27 million combined, the BLM said.
The auction begins 10 a.m. Wednesday in Henderson City Council chambers, 240 Water St.
Successful bidders must pay 20 percent of the purchase price in a cashier’s check by 3 p.m. Wednesday. The remainder is due within 180 days, the BLM said.
