A motorist crashed a car into an urgent care clinic near Charleston and Decatur boulevards Thursday morning.

Las Vegas police responded to the crash at Urgent Care Extra, 4575 W. Charleston Blvd., about 9 a.m., according to the department's website.

Medical personnel at the scene said no one was injured in the crash.
