Child ejected in 4-vehicle accident in southeast Vegas

Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries Tuesday morning after a four-vehicle accident in the southeast valley, Las Vegas police said.

Officers were called to East Hacienda Avenue and Mountain Vista Street just before 7:30 a.m. Two vehicles collided and then hit two other vehicles that were parked, officer Laura Meltzer said.

A young child was ejected from one of the cars, Meltzer said. The child and one adult were taken to an area hospital, Meltzer said.
