This place is known for its teas and other drinks. There is also food, and when the diverse menu is combined with the diverse tea list, sit back and enjoy. Popular snacks include popcorn chicken, fried tofu, spicy chicken wings, vegetarian spring rolls and an item called Brick Toast that is toasted milk bread with added flavors and toppings such as sweet butter, chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter and sweet milk. Among the entrees are teriyaki bowls, eel bowl, instant noodles with egg, miso ramen and bento platters featuring fried or curry chicken, fried pork cutlet and barbecue pork chop. Several caffeine-free iced drinks are honey lemon, strawberry pudding, honey dew milk and assorted yogurts. Popular green or black iced teas are plum, honey, lychee, rose, peppermint, passion fruit and peach. There are iced Jello drinks (kiwi, tropical coconut, strawberry) and iced milk teas (coffee, barley, chocolate, almond). Featured blended smoothies, which can also be made as slush, include pina colada, apple, red bean, mocha and mango. A regular iced tea begins at $2.50, and Brick Toast starts at $3.50. Tea Time Café is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. - Jack Bulavsky
