Nachos are an American invention, and Nacho Daddy has enhanced this dish with its homemade corn chips. Barbecue chicken nachos are made with marinated chicken, barbecue sauce, black bean corn salsa, white queso cheese and cilantro. Supreme tostada nachos have seasoned taco meat, Mexican cheese blend, yellow queso cheese sauce, refried beans, pico de gallo, fried jalapenos and avocado lime salsita. Featured salads are fajita, Daddy’s Cobb, fajita tofu, vegan chef and Southwestern kale with cucumbers, roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, red onions and avocado in agave citrus vinaigrette. Hamburgers, served on brioche buns, come with fries and include Big Daddy Burger (pepperjack cheese, avocado, chipotle cream spread) and Street Burger with jalapeno relish, mangos, bacon, pepperjack cheese and garlic mayo. There are wraps, burritos, enchiladas, supreme tacos and vegan entrees such as Cajun tofu street tacos, spicy tofu burrito, mango guacamole tacos and vegan nachos. Breakfast features huevos ranchero skillet, chorizo burrito, bacon and egg taco, chicken fried steak nachos and Mexican pancakes with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream topped with churros. Nachos start at $8.95. Nacho Daddy is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
