Good food and good value are important factors when making a dining decision. Timbers meets all the criteria. Round-the-clock breakfasts include the Big Bear with three eggs, three bacon strips or sausage patties, hash browns, toast. Popular dishes are soft tacos with shredded chicken or beef, beer-battered cod and chips, quesadilla, nachos and salads, including Chicken Fiesta. Among the sandwiches are turkey burger sliders, chicken club wrap, beef dip on grilled roll with homemade au jus, half-pound Angus burgers with seasoned fries or coleslaw, Vienna beef hot dogs, Yosemite (triple decker with oven-roasted turkey, applewood-smoked bacon, sliced ham, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato) and the Killer Grilled Cheese on toasted Parmesan sourdough with cheddar, Swiss, bacon and tomato. Appetizers include spinach and cheese dip and jumbo chicken wings. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. and daily from midnight to 4 a.m. Breakfast starts at $3.95 and hamburgers at $8.25. Timbers Bar & Grill is open 24/7.
